Lots of thing wanted to share with the employee who is seeking job & willing to work with viztar not even a single thing is good let me tell u each and everything about the company first of all the management team great salute to them best politicians ever & About the HR team, HR means human resource the word itself says there job what they have to do but here they listen to the process manager or else the convenient person they don't even talk in the favor of employee literally guys i have given 16+ round in viztar and i used to work with 4 and more processes they shift me from one process to another and they give simple reason I joined viztar on 23rd july and my last working day is 14 September I got pay of just 6.5k n they said u were working on different process they haven't added ur salary yet you will get the remaining amount in next payroll salary of 23rd july-Aug11th i have to wait till october 15 And about the canteen not only employee do lunch cockroach give company to do lunch with you even cockroach made home inside the water filter & vinding machines kindly if you visit viztar don'even dare to drink and kind of water and vending machines tea or coffee My over all experience with BPO is 3 years and one of the worst experience is with viztar...Read More

I used to work in Real estate department. Not so good management.seniors and superiors. Agent ara not Sl@ves client and managers give the targest which is impossible to achieve and no motivation at work.login hours and logout time we have to ask for and at the end of the shift they take briefings. Most importantly salary didnt come on time.at the time of salary date we has to ask for salary then the HR and manager and client everyone plays blame game. Our manager cooperative behaviour

Praveen sir are very supportive but the salary is very less and they are not providing any appreciation and appraisal for the employees so that employee are not motivated but our manager Praveen sir is very supportive and helping in nature.
