MANAGEMENT: Irresponsible Management! They really squeeze everything out of an individual and leave them with pennies! No Overtime allowances! No mental peace! No work-life balance! No encouragement! No ethics! No respect! And absolutely no Recognition! All they do is talk.. talk... And talk about how one should work hard and not expect any kind of benefits. They really are looking out for enslavement. And CEO will hire and fire you for his personal and invaild reasons. And "THE" MANAGER runs the place and people like He's the CEO. OFFICE: *COCKROACHES everywhere. In the oven, all over the cafeteria and sometimes over the food they serve. * PIGEON excretion over the ceilings. Which creates heavy odour as soon the AC is ON. They literally pulled out several dead pigeons when they finally cleaned that. * No TISSUE PAPER in the toilets. The receptionist said people are using it a lot and they couldn't afford it. * TOILETS are not cleaned on daily basis! They will do it once in 3 days, that too if people start complaining....Read More

Work environment was good. Shift timing is good it was pure day shift.

No growth. No job security. I have got only one day training. Induction given after 1 month. Managers do not value employees. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. I had worked over 3 years with vitality but still did not got any job security. I had very bad experience in this company.
