Every year company terminate few employees to cost cutting and distribute their salary to balance employees as appraisal. Company terminate 10 employees with me in COVID 2nd wave without any reason.

Mulit sectoral approach to consultancy assignements one if the intresting features of the company profile. The firm is highly rated in the international market.

Dislikes

The company should stop hiring sub standard local staff who have been fired for their incompetence and inability to deliver as per the expectations of the firm. Recently the company has brought major shift in ensuring the same which is why a lot of bad reviews are coming in from those fired.
