1. Skills Growth in This company 2. They are utilizing your time properley sometime extra work (i.e. you must do one day extra in the week)

Dislikes

1. Salary and other benifits. 2. Their leave policy is so bad. They give 5 day/week but this is trap they have the single side sandwich policy (i.e. if you absent on friday/monday single day then they will deduct 3 days salary/3 leaves for that)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
