Very elementary overview of pharma forecasting

There are a lot of points that would come here: 1) It is nothing like a company, with absolutely no system of tracking projects, appraising or reviewing people. 2) There are a bunch of "favorites" who consider the place like their fiefdom. They demean the other people, pass oblique references and downright humiliate them 3) There isabsolutely no substantial value add in terms of skills or pharma domain expertise here. Most of the "forecasting projects" have no statistical or business basis to them, secondary research is the only tool they have. Even when primary surveys etc are done, they are clueless about how to interpret the results 4) The CEO has been taken for a ride and it continues to be so. He does not even visit the office whenever he makes a visit to India and just relies on the information which is fed to him by the "favorites" 5) Favorites have a flexible policy for everything<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 1) Favouritism is at peak in this company - Only favourites of India's top management get promotions, good increment and even off shore travel opportunities 2) The is a lot of politics - in case India's top leadership don't like you, they will make your life hell (Trust me on this) - Will not give you work, give you adhoc work and create a lot of mental pressure - which in turns impacts your mental health so much<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 3) Revenue is not growing as expected and management is not putting any efforts on growth of employees 4) The culture has become very very toxic in India office even salary is lower than competitors </mark>...Read More
