I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Mangnament is bad.work life balance is hell there fix time for coming but you don't go on time, 10 to 8 office time....even they cut salary when u late 5 min...not good salary payment. Change comes on Eod and do chngs on that day. They take big work in less time if u didn't complete any task on that day they ask for u night work and next day also...
