I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. Do not join in this company as it doesn't have any single perks for an employee except the reimbursement for training which is normal for every company.

Worst culture, People don't act like they work for MNC rather they act like a departmental store employees. HR immigration knows nothing about immigration. ID card provider thinks he owns they company since you are standing in front of him for ID card. They give fake promises for onsite opportunity just to recruit you. This company haunts you even after you resign, you need beg them for experience letter. The PF Portal maintained by them is absurd. They will make worst mistakes in updating your information and you need to cry to claim your pf amount. I beg you stay away from this shit company...Read More
