Wonderful teammates, Training on any technology is very less, job is secured until you're in a project, career growth and travel depends on the project and manager, appraisal is pathetic and better when compared to other big MNC's, politics will be everywhere and so no discussion on that here, learning is almost less w.r.t. technology, work environment is good, innovation is there but it didn't reach till you and you'll get to know only by reading company mails, work-life balance is good and depends on how you plan according to the project. Being an developer I like this company.

Dislikes

Job security is less as this is service based company after contract end with any client we have to sit on bench and attend interview with other clients for next assignment. In this case you won't get any client you will be forcefully resigned.

People here are well supportive and I had a great time for those 5 years. Everything is same like other service based companies including onsite but not sure why it is not famous like others.

Some people might be feel too much work because of time crunch of project dead lines
