There is only politics in the company, very little work is done here and the only work is to blame each other. HR has no work here, just ask to talk to them. The policy changes anytime here. They Do not allow mobile phones inside office, even they ask family Members to call in HR mobile if they wants to talk. They do not have any IT culture. They double deduct salary for unapproved leaves. They doesn't credit salary on time sometime salary of previous month received on 12th. They do not allow you to take leaves specially festive leaves are always unapproved and deduct twice. They do not even allow office employees to have tea, even if paid by yourself They do not allow to step out of office before 7.15 pm even at emergency. Office is completely jain. Opening tea stall is better than working here. And many more hurdles....Read More
