Dislikes

SO many dislikes including HR policies, lunch policy, Salary Policy, CTC scam. they will mention the CTC with an annual PLI(performance linked incentive) but after joining the company they will not the PLI in the first it will be paid after completing almost 2 yrs.

Growth is good , but compensation is poor. There is no on-job training for freshers. Sometimes work pressure is high. No incentive or appreciation for employee.
