Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Only 12 leaves/Year and that too with Leave Sandwiching so you can't take them in case a holiday lies in between or else leave will be deducted for those holidays too. HR don't give a shit unless you cc their seniors in mail, no organisation or responsibility at all They don't care about quality of work or client attitude as long asclient pays, even giving escaled projects to Devs, clients with attitude issues or both. Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures. I would recommend not working at this company. The job security is highly questionable, and the clients they served are predominantly very small-scale businesses. Not provide proper appraisals even after handling clients. Team leads are not as much supportive. Just do your work and get paid with less salary as compared to market.
