I have spent more than 5 years. Here are few points which i want share. - Good work environment ( most of the time you work independently so it depends on you.) - Great team - Work life balance - Good hike (5- 15% this is totally depend on your performance. Company also hiked the salary even in covid time)

HR and Manager will treat you like enemy once you resigned and serving the notice period. They force you to serve notice period according to them not as per mentioned in offer/ joining letter. They will not respond your email. For salary (fnf), they will not proceed on time. Other points - Leave policy( that need to extend from 12to 24) - Infrastructure need to improve - No Learning portal like Udemy...Read More

Great employee strength and projects on multiple technologies is plus. Great opportunity for fresher to learn with virtual employee and explore themselves.

Dislikes

No very good infrastructure, no basic facilities. They provide cabs but far away from location.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
