I have spent more than 5 years. Here are few points which i want share. - Good work environment ( most of the time you work independently so it depends on you.) - Great team - Work life balance - Good hike (5- 15% this is totally depend on your performance. Company also hiked the salary even in covid time)

HR and Manager will treat you like enemy once you resigned and serving the notice period. They force you to serve notice period according to them not as per mentioned in offer/ joining letter. They will not respond your email. For salary (fnf), they will not proceed on time.
