This company is in stone age. Still doing tons of paperwork. Zero ethics company... No right people in right place. The way they treat employees are very bad, especially Plant Head Mr.Patel. The way they speak is very annoying. If he likes he can do anything, if he doesn't like always targeted that employee (Unfair Boss Favoritism).

-QA Head and Dy.Manager's behavior is very Torcher. -Subject matter experts are required for quality team. -No ethics and respect to employees and treat employees as labour and foul language been used by higher authorities (Like Plant Head Mr. Patel) and Managers also.

HOD's behavior with pears and employees ( Plant Head / Marketing DGM / Commercial Manager behavior is very unprofessional). 2.Salary Credited on different dates on every month - there is no proper date to be credited. 3.No job security, Morning there is job and evening is uncertain. 4.Late working and weekend office also ( some times 15 days working without any weekly offs, If any one asks immediately plant head targeted that employee) 5.Especially i would like to share something about Vins culture - Vins is not a online company it is offline like Documentation and etc....Read More
