The site head ,darsan patel has zero ethics. He uses abusive language. He is micromanager. Easily manipulate the management to throw out people from thier job. No job security in vins bioproducts

friendly nature when u communicate with other department peoples.

Dislikes

old employees having more attention and mircomanagement no respect ,threatening,double face ,they give u task as per their requirement ,no team work no support salary cuttings in notice period cheque salary giving.
