My best thing about working at Vinculum was with the people I worked with. I was one of the few people in the company, who was lucky enough to get the best of managers, team, and work I like doing. Also, I got the opportunity to work among cross-functional teams.

Dislikes

Compensation is poor, Work Pressure is very high, Leadership is very poor. Few managers are good but most of them are not. you get a chance to grow when someone senior to you resigns and there is no instant replacement. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is painful sometimes.
