I was there with Engineering team, it was a fun period working, but gradually the situation changed.

Dislikes

Too much Centralisation of power is a problem there. There you will be provided responsibilities without power, and then you will be humilieted for not performing upto the mark. Work life balance is very poor. People are underpaid that is the worst part.
