Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end execution of projects in solar power generation, including utility-scale and distributed solar plants.
• Define project scope, feasibility, budgeting, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, and vendor selection to optimize project cost and efficiency.

Erection & Commissioning

• Supervise solar PV module installation, BOS (Balance of System), and commissioning activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards during erection and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during project execution.

Contract & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with EPC contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee compliance with contractual obligations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Financial & Risk Management

• Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, regulatory compliance, and financial overruns.
• Monitor project cash flow and optimize cost structures.

Compliance & Sustainability

• Ensure compliance with national and international standards for solar project execution.
• Implement best practices for sustainability, grid connectivity, and environmental impact reduction.
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
