Management decision changed in 1 day. After giving you offer letter they able to cancel it next day. If you want to join this company after serving your notice period you may not able to join the company because management decision can change anytime. In sorts you lose you past and present job if you prefer this company to join after watching the best pay package. I am example of one guy within many people who affted like this. They provide you good package and make you job less next day once you need a good job. Management are very moddy. Frequently change dession. Hr , Head of department are ok but management are not good.

It’s a single owner based company so work culture is poor. Training given for name sake. Mostly training by internal trainer who are not qualified enough for giving training. Work life balance is terrible. Work pressure is too much for the people who wants to work. No internal process been made to reduce repeative job. It’s increases unnecessary work pressure. Management is very selfish and do not have mentality to reward anyone and even do not appreciate for good work done by anybody. Few top management people have made this company terrible to work. Deducts salary and variable pay without proper justification and you can not raise your voice against it and if you do so you will be sacked in few hour notice....Read More

No reward, only punishment. No work life balance. Single person driven company. No one have power to take any Decision apart from few people who are close to owner. Sacks employee within few hour notice. Few people are there in top management who are very close to owner and they are not replaceable so you can not think to grow even after huge effort.

It’s always motivating when you have good team mates. I enjoyed a lot working in my team even after too much work pressure and de motivation from management
