The company wants its employees to work 24x7. Also, the workbforce is divided into owner’s friends and acquaintances, and general employees: the former leads the team but with no or little practical knowledge, thus harrowing the latter.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
