Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Declared policies are killed on the tables of bosses . Some old bosses are so bossy that they do not allow subordinates to grow and they do everything to make survival difficult for sub-ordinates . Mostly assassination of reputation with conspiracy. Finally person has to resign to get rid of politics and conspiracy.
