Extremely high favouritism by Senior Management. Selected people known by Boss from previous organisation only get opportunities for better projects. Others having domain expertise get sidelined. Extended working hours.

Canteen facility is Poor, Snacks & Tiffin system not available in G & B shift, 24 hours Snacks not available, Lunch & Dinner items are not tasty, Shift timings are very Bad, In Mundra location House rent is too high like Metro City (2BHK Rent 16000/Month), Pollution & Dust is very high in Mundra, Water in Mundra is Salty/Khara, Costof Living in Mundra is Expensive then Ahmedabad, Local People are Looting you. Daily Up & down time from Mundra to Plant is More than 3 Hours....Read More
