1. Design/Creative team workflow & structure are pathetic. 2. There are lot of opportunities to upgrade skill & learn through different project & requirement but you won't get breathing space to thik creative due to 80% of adaptive/modification work. 3. Many Loop holes inside the team structure/Planning & project cycle. 4. Creative team works on the target basis set by the Management. Runs behind the project number & revenue. Work culture, strict 5 days 8 hrs daily mandatory work from office, poor management, micromanagement, no job security, favouritsm, no HR policies, whatever the super boss says that is only HR verbal policy, norule, no professionalism..Its like typical private school environment where principal's word is the law. Better stay away from this company.

The company as such is really vast and has some really good benefits for employees. They also have great work values and overall the company is a good place to work but it really depends on which department are you into and who is on the leadership board for the department you are working for.

Dislikes

If you are planning to join as a medical writer in medical communications then please dont! The department is full of bullies who are ultra comfortable after working here for many many years. You will always find a opening in this department because someone or the other is always frustrated with the high volume of work and tends toleave. The leadership in this particular department is extremely questionable and the higher management seriously needs to look into this, it is coz of people like this a reputable brand like viatris looks bad! During my tenure here i faced extreme level of politics, nagging leadership, unfriendly and unprofessional team mates and much more....Read More

Company needs to improve on giving opportunity to experienced person. Needs improvement on system of working that is need to inline with nodern technology in case of QC mainely. Mannual work needs to be reduced.
