Been working with some amazing professionals. Most employees are millenials or Gen Zs. Young people will find likeminded people to work with. Great place for writers to build their writing muscle. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Dislikes

Gossips spread too fast here. Two working Saturdays in a Month. Sometimes it's difficult to get leaves. Unexpected workloads can be overwhleming. You might face work burnout. No work from home option available.

Friendly environment. Learning opportunity is very good. Fair policies and rewards. Holidays are more than other companies. PF and other facilities. Salary is credited at 30th or 31st of each month.

Sometimes work pressure is there. Two Saturdays are there to work. I don't like it actually. Work procedure need to be structured more.
