Its awesome to work there.Here in this job there is No follow-up.We generly complete the documentation for the Visa application which have to be send to directly to Embassy.Daily we have new clients.5 day working in the week sat-sun fixed off.No follow-up. There some benfits also we get OT also.I can help the corporate offices for there internal travel employees

As for the fresher it will be a better place to get started. And if we chose Vfs as the career it will not work out. Since they get the work from the employee as much as they can but in return you will not get properly paid for that . And as for as the appariasal it only goes to the one who will back bite of other employees and the apprisal are biased
