The company culture is welcoming and supportive, and the leadership team genuinely cares about their employees. I left Vertisystem with valuable skills and memories I will cherish for years.

The workplace is highly secure, safe, and comfortable under the SEZ Zone. The Job location is in the heart of the city where the commute is too easy, and the internal company policies, management, and working culture are highly professional, and a great place to work here. I have been witnessing the celebrations at all the festivals which gives good vibes and maintains positivity at the workplace.

Higher management does not have any communication with the team. They do not have any system for feedback or appraisal. You can keep mailing the HR and management for months but they'll not bother to reply or even acknowledge the mail.
