Shit management, doesn't approve leaves, doesn't give hikes for the employees, unqualified people hold higher positions who doens't know how to speak English in an organisation, unprofessional, management will sack employees just like that, no public holidays, toxic environment to work, over work, toxic management, they won't approve leaves but they will deduct money from the salary and asks employees to work after the shift is over. The management is the worst management ever seen especially 4 people in the management is so worst and the HR policies and especially manager in voice process and one senior agent is a dog don't even leave any lady associate who require job and they don't even provide any spl allowances but they mention they are providing allowances in the payslip
