not at all,no job security,just they want work and when they get replacement can replace you within no time.Leaves are not adequate if there is a party in your house,the Hr would surely take a sweet but next day would deduct your salary, Lot of politics and unhealthy work environment.No new opportunity,no project,no bench concept.

No credit for work that you are doing and poor work life balance.
