* Work Life Balance is somewhat better. Often times, it takes long hours of work in a day, but overall Work life balance is good. * Working and collaborating with US employees. Cross functional and technical collaboration is good. * Development Managers support is good.

Dislikes

* HR department is one of the big minus in this organization. They have failed in most of the aspects and just puppets under India GM. * GM or MD of India Operations is terrible. He lacks empathy, and do not allow other to convey their opinions. * Promotions won't happen immediately. Career path is not good. * US Sr Mgmt do not careabout what's happening in India Operations. * Lot of scrutiny towards work, metrics etc. * Lot of Director positions and they make all the work done by managers. After working 4long years, this is my openion. 1. Demotivating managers 2. Always underrate the work and compare it with that of other employees. (He says, Some 'X' person is doing good work, and you are very inefficient to 'Y' person. But with the same 'X' person, he will say that person 'Y' is doing great work and you are inefficient. 3. Gives a lot of work apart from planned work; every day the manager starts meeting with stretch and finish the work (getting irritation with that word). 4. They will put many employees on PIP every year. Less job security. 5. If they want an urgent resource, they will hire you with a high package. After some time, they will hire someone with a lower package and replace them with a higher package employee, then put the higher package employee in PIP and ask him to resign. 6.very less hikes. 7.bad parental insurance policy....Read More
