After working 4long years, this is my openion. 1. Demotivating managers 2. Always underrate the work and compare it with that of other employees. (He says, Some 'X' person is doing good work, and you are very inefficient to 'Y' person. But with the same 'X' person, he will say that person 'Y' is doing great work and you are inefficient. 3. Gives a lot of work apart from planned work; every day the manager starts meeting with stretch and finish the work (getting irritation with that word). 4. They will put many employees on PIP every year. Less job security. 5. If they want an urgent resource, they will hire you with a high package.
