I’m sharing my experience with the management style of a particular manager. This manager prioritizes gossip and gathering personal information, which is then used to belittle and humiliate employees. The work environment is toxic, with the manager frequently screaming at the employees in front of the whole office. The manager innercircle including the trainer and the onboarding rep, actively contributes to this hostile atmosphere monitoring and reporting employees activities. Ironically, even members of this inner circle privately gossip and mock the manager. The workplace is plagued by the daily drama and surveillance with certain rooms equipped with cameras and microphones. To those who are considering employment at this company, be aware that your primary takeaway will likely be learning of how to survive in toxic environment. It no less than Indian daily soap drama. although I worked for a short period of time but my experience was very bad, very uncooperative staff, as a fresher I felt really unwelcomed at Venture Quest. There is one Senior HR she is so arrogant and so full of herself, she doesn't treat the newcomers rightly.
