Basically they are just recruitment agency for some corporate companies. So we couldn't be expect the same job nature in future as mentioned in the time of interview. The HR team won't be helpful at he same time their thinking will be in profit oriented from the employees. No on time salary and benefits will be available. As per my perception their not professional but a merchandise.

Technical skills, computer knowlwdge, engineering parameters is not required. If you are expert in buttering and polishing, ready to say night as day and day as a night, such skills is mandatory, you are the winner and easily get promoted.

Dislikes

Less value for a professional expert, do not waste your time and experience, they make false statements like, no.1 IPO company. Officially staff take very long time to fill the gap, lack of communication skills, every day you have to talk to a new staff in office.
