Horrible Experience- Avoid at Cost Toxic Environment- The Management is Unprofessional and Fosters a culture of fear and blame. There is no support and guidance, just constant criticism . Zero Work Life Balance- Expect to work long hours, weekends without any recognition and compensation Lack of career growth- No opportunities for advancement Unethical Practices- No standard compliances for PF, IT etc. Poor Communication- Misleading to employees as well as customers Note: Please don't trust the 5 star rating. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
