Not so good and not so bad. Reimbursement policies are worst. Sometimes they talk about policies and when something is not mentioned in policy they start talking of general standard practice which is nowhere mentioned.

Excellent place to work. One will see lots of negative reviews on glassdoor, but those were tough times for the company as well, and one should understand that things happen that can't be controlled after a point. I personally, have found this organization to be the best amongst the one's I have worked in. Work Culture is the best - they follow a US work culture and rarely have I seen any kind of micro management. If you are thinking of joining here, better ask of a good hike, the company does not hesitate to provide good hike for worthy candidates, while the increments are above average when considering the industry.
