Worked with velocity for more than 3 years and I had a great experience. I got to learn a lot while working with them which I don't think I could have learnt while working in any MNC. Colleagues and seniors are very supportive. It proved to be a great journey for me.

Dislikes

Professional and personal life balance gets disturbed few times a month mainly because of deliveries but otherwise, it is good

What a learning it has been. I have been constantly pushed by the seniors and the team to be better at designing. It has been irritating at times but it has definitely added skills to me. Overall it has been nice working here.

Dislikes

A small designing team which ensures when a lot of work comes, it comes in big bursts . It can be grueling at times. Be prepared for that kind of thing 1-2 days every month.

Likes

A lot of learning opportunities. Worked closely with nitin who has groomed me a mentor and has ensured that the understanding of the client requirements and handling of pressure is taken care of. Immense learning opportunities, and positive environment.

Dislikes

Nothing bad as such its just the work life balance can be improved a bit.

No workplace politics. I like the culture of the company. learnt more than I expected in just 1 year.

Dislikes

Bond for 2 years for freshers. 3 month notice period Is very long. Reduce it to 1 month. Good salary. I got 4.5 lakh as a fresher, Work timings are sometimes skewed and need you to extend. But that is the price you pay for faster learning.

The company is good for fresher as they give you best industry training in php technology. Teammates and senior are too supportive.

They majorly work with old php frameworks. Which is obsolete in current market but they never tried to upgrade themselves. Also they feel scared with employee to give opportunity to learn & implement new things
