"I did not like working at VDK EDUVENTURE because here everyone is treated more like a laborer than a human being. The management organization here is very poor. There is no such thing as employee policy in the company. Everyone working at the lowest level in this organization, i.e. the employee, has low self-esteem

"I don't like working at VDK EDUVENTURE because there is too much work and it seems like no one cares about the employees. Especially with the lower level employees, and there is no job security. The management doesn't do much to make things better. Honestly, it's not a great place to work."

Likes

Salary on time, Coffee machine & lift works fine. Seniors who are BDE now are supportive and very friendly. Thanks to them that i survived my tenure.

No proper training will be provided after onboarding, no salary appraisal and other benefits, no EPF & ESIC, no long & short term growth, pressure as hell, no guidance / assistance will be provided by managers, managers are literally womanisers, no proper team management. 1. You are marked absent if you punch in after 10am and punch out before 7.30pm. 2. They have so many absurd policies but forget that in India, working hour’s including lunch break should not be more than 9 hours. 3. You get only one 30minutes break which is more like a school break as you are not allowed to wear anything else. 4. You cannot wear tshirts and many more things. 5. They have only 6 calendar holidays. Even no leave on new year, Christmas, rakhi, dusshera to name a few. 6. The office is like a small cramped space, more like an office space of some fraud organization. 7. The interview/onboarding process is like 1980s. Everything offline, they don’t understand the world has digitalized. 8. They don’t give provide PF which is illegal. The company will close down the days someone files a complaint. Managers are not capable of managing teams, they are not enough educated so that made things bad but overall management tries to provide good culture. Office space is very bad, it looks like a dukan.

When I will start the job because it's a reported company and this job security is better then the other company but it's not reality. The timeing will not fix, and the work pressure is more then other.

Dislikes

I have work in one past one year, no any growth in the job and the no any job security there and the week off to work in the work from home .
