Pathetic company. So much politics and favouritism. Vijay's character is very creepy and untrustworthy. Beware of his bad company policies.

Everything. I felt like Jail when I was working there. In day 1 I was given the faulty laptop and no one was there to check the machine. No payment during COVID times. No employee appreciation.

The culture, The people, The work has taught me so much and changed me as person and a professional. I was literally a Naïve and clueless kid when I joined VC ERP right after my MBA as a fresher. Worst ever company culture. Totally based on favoritism not based on perfomance. Anytime without intimate company chnage its policy. Every increment they sign Bond. One man army compnay culture. Too much work load without any extra pay. Least increment in entire segment
