VC ERP Consulting has to be one of the, If not The Best Organization to work with. I absolutely enjoy working here. The culture, The people, The work has taught me so much and changed me as person and a professional. I was literally a Naïve and clueless kid when I joined VC ERP right after my MBA as a fresher. But in this past year all my seniors and management has given me so much space and freedom to grow immensely and I'd be eternally grateful for the kind of exposure that this organization has provided me. Worst ever company culture. Totally based on favoritism not based on perfomance. Anytime without intimate company chnage its policy. Every increment they sign Bond. One man army compnay culture. Too much work load without any extra pay. Least increment in entire segment
