There are many such stagnant employees who have been working since past 10 or 15 years. Terrible Work Culture No Work Ethics Management is Illiterate (0 knowledge) HR Dept is the Management's Puppet. HR Dept has no opinion of their own or has no decision making skills. Extremely Low Employee Retention Rate Hiring & Firing keeps on happening every month very frequently.
