From the very beginning, it was clear that the founder of this organization had high ethical values. Overall, Vishal Sir has set an excellent example of how a business can be both successful and ethical. Their commitment to values, employee relations, and the exit process is commendable. I would highly recommend joining VAP group ifyou are at the nascent stages of your career. The organization is growing, in the right direction and is set to take off. The office is well-located in a posh business park and has been built keeping employees in mind with all the amenities and fancies in place. I'll try to be as authentic and genuine enabling you to decide better. I would recommend trying to have your communication skills on point and document everything that has been promised, accounting for the miscommunication from the mid-level management at times. The company culture is decent. However, if you are a person who's clear, loud, and has a say, you're gonna be pushed down by mid-management most of the time. However, I see that changing with the right HR in place now, doesn't seem like a problem anymore. Being a legacy company, the mindsets would be tough for you at times but easier to ignore mostly. If you are fun-loving person - Games, Laughter, Fun, Party/DJ Nights etc. is a rare sight here. No fun Fridays either, if any has a learning purpose behind it.
