The atmosphere here is great! The senior management is incredibly helpful and cooperative towards everything which helps in better skill enhancement. The working hours are very flexible which is a great help to me.

Dislikes

Nothing in general. Sometimes the work is a bit too demanding, but a good and understanding workspace with the best colleagues more than make up for it. The team functions as a family, which makes it very easy for me.

The people I work with are extremely friendly and understanding and the senior management is very responsive to any challenges/problems that come up. All in all, everyone tries to facilitate a smooth working environment.

Sometimes the work hours get extended but that's only during the admission season when the workload surges. Otherwise, it's great!

Company does not release settlement funds and sometimes salaries too. It feels terrible when company doesn't respond properly to mails after we resign they neither credited last 2 weeks of salary nor the settlement funds and you might even face MD's arrogant behaviour after resignation.
