Nothing to say specifically. I dreamt a lot before joining the company without checking the reviews.I don't let the same situation for a new aspirant.That's why writing the review.

I can listout so many things.But I don't want to waste my time writing a review on a worst company.First of all Training would be good. And even after 17 years ,they are still saying it is a start up.From this you can understand how pathetic the service and work. No salary at all. Even if you bow to each and everyone in the company,they will treat you like a dog.No extra benefits, The leadership and the management are the worst ever things here.I will never recommend even a mentally affected guy to join in this company....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. You can learn about sales.

Dislikes

Company does not release settlement funds and sometimes salaries too. It feels terrible when company doesn't respond properly to mails after we resign they neither credited last 2 weeks of salary nor the settlement funds and you might even face MD's arrogant behaviour after resignation. After training, everyday there will be sales pressure. They are not stuck with their policies. No proper management and delayed salaries....Read More
