They don't provide proper salary and there is always delay in getting monthly salary. They don't concentrate in employees career growth. After leaving job they treat in a very bad manner. They won't give incentives while working and also they don't settle pf, incentive amount after leaving job. They give a lot of false promises. Their products are very worst. They only concentrate on money , not on customer satisfaction. They won't allow to take leaves in critical cases and they put loss of pay in that critical situation also. Very stressful work. They treat employees badly.Working hours is 10 to 12 hours and you should work at night times also if you get foreign customers.No free cabs, no free food available, No work from home, no team outing, no teamlunch

Work schedule is hectic. Mon-Sat and we have to work even on Sundays on every month end. No transperancy in employee compensation benefit. No PF a/c.. Management will not bother about your growth. No appraisal or yearly hike unless u achieve the monthly target consecutively. Never ever expect any leaves/permission, no matter wateversituation you are in.. because management won't listen to it. Most interesting thing is if you decide to quit, management will show you the heights of work pressure and no possibility and ultimately you will be pushed to buy-out your notice period. And just simply forgot about your PF amount and other settlements if any, because you won't be able to get it anymore from management. Note: It's been 2 years that moved away from VEPL.
