It is a company which has not a good culture and there are no job security. So the managers are changed at any time and their policies are also to be changed. In this company if any employee is doing their work at efficiently and effectively that employee has not get any value in the company. But if any employee has giving complaintabout other employees including managers to the top management that employee has get good value from its entrepreneurs.
