Salary hike is low. HR's thought process is everybody can replacable. no job security. first they will hire you on name of google.

TLs have high attitude specially that Himanshu Singhal - nothing in him to like TL , just doing his work , not listening to someone's case , monarchy behaviour, wants everyone to call him SIR (no organization has this policy to call Sir or mam) and the other one is KOMAL the so called HR , she behaves like school principle , doesntrespond on time , atleast 8 teams got fired by her. The work company is doing is just gambling. They collect trash then they try to clean it (based on certain assumptions and those assumptions keep changing). No Salary hike, No communication or Upskilling , Nothing but just pure Buttering, Time wasting, and dominance by earlier employees. They want you to Resign so that their mistaked kept hiding. They work on literally wild guessing. They call themselves MNC but its not. There is no Managemnt but only young people who completed grad or masters. No single old person is there. (I.e working from ages as we usually have in other companies) Who so ever their management is ...they need to see in this matter ...if not then they migjt wanted ti see the doors shut....Read More

The unprofessional behavior of the company (the people that connected) was very weird they did not update anything until and unless asked and you have to ask everything even as a fresher they do not tell anything and they do not meet up to their claims as well as 24x 7 availability was suppose to be after offer letter it took 4 weeks to follow up and bear with this behavior just to complete the process but the last straw was the company providing offer letter 3 hr before joining and no updates were provided for that too they just are like whatever this and that the availability was after the joining not before the offer letter is provided a bit prior this was very unprofessional as well as them not meeting up to their own claims...Read More

No job security in my tenure they fired my whole team Salary was very low Hr was so inhuman and puppet of the management And management totally sucks over there Management threatens you for HR connect if you refuse to work on weekends(actually they threatens you for each and every thing)and I am so shocked at HR connect TL and HR pressurize you by saying if you don't work on weekends then it will affect your employment. Nothing is better than a friendly TL.but some of them are just disgusting.

Dislikes

shifts can be changed anytime for wfo only.your opinion does not matter.and targets are pretty high for new joiners as they would take atleast 6 months to achieve them.these targets increase drastically.they think its easy to do but generally its easy for them only(managers) as they are experienced.
