COMPANY POLICY CHANGE AT EVERY SIX MONTH, SIDE MANAGEMENT PEOPLE ARE NOT LISTENING TO DOWN MANAGEMENT.

Dislikes

C-off not available for engineers even though manager level persons who come to general shift, ac and other accessories not for porta container of side down level manager & engineer posts, ot not available for engineers. Attendace absents from HR people of side employee but the side employee work 18 Hrs to 14 Hrs continuous for company.
