Worst culture, no work life balance, no sick leave and don't get sick on friday or monday because they will cut ur money considering it as unplanned u have to plan that u are getting sick 🙂 If u take leave on Friday or monday ur salary will affect also they consider sat sunday as leaves

i had applied through referral . Wegot invite for interview in office .there were 3 Rounds of interview process such as aptitude, technical, HR round. Then i got offer in 2 -3 days .Joining process was smooth and quick .on Joining day we were provided an company laptop . There was a bit o miscommunication between HR coordinator and HR executive during the hiring process. Could use a personal workspace with less distraction. Always have to shift from one place to another. Lots of team building exercises.

I have been working with V2STech for the past one year. I could say overall the company and the management are good. They try to follow and implement industry standards in every practice. I was assigned on a project almost immediately after joining. The joining process is also smooth and HR team was always in touch with me.
