Some managers are good and encouraging... BUT NOT ALL!!!

Salary is not on-time, there is always one or two days delay. For which they always blame bank server. Inhouse projects are hell... Clients are completely belongs to sales background and have 0 technical knowledge. Every small issues are escalated till CEO and make unnecessary noise. Growth is very less and they will not allow to donew things. Infrastructure team is full of idiots. They take months to resolve small IT issues...Read More
