The worst mistake I ever made: Joining PRASHANTH NAYAK (Zero Level Leadership Skills) team at V2Soft. If removed, people like him. It's a good place to work (Hope this will become a Pros)

He is the most toxic and abusive team manager I have ever encountered in my entire career. He exploits & mistreats his team members, who leave him as soon as they can. He has zero leadership skills whatsoever, only cheap tricks and manipulation. Working under him will not teach you anything valuable, only how to be a lowlife, a degenerate, and a parasite. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong. During my time at V2SOFT, I witnessed many people pleading for a team change because of his disgusting & unprofessional attitude. If the HR team cares about the work culture they should get rid of this filthy person Prashanth Nayak immediately. Mark my words, His team will get changed by December because they can't stand him any longer, So again fresh team joins the cycle goes on (Nobody withstands more than a year, don't know what the HR team analyzing for?). My sincere advice, if you get an offer from V2Soft, make sure you ask HR if it's for this worst person PRASHANTH NAYAK & avoid him like the Plague. Note: above review is not from a poor performer. Having worked with him for more than a year with a good number of starts. Advice to management: Getting awards and appreciation is not enough for the company. It also needs to address the issue of toxic managers, Exploite persons who ruin the work culture from the bottom up.
