It is a failed tech company. No management at all no one understands how to work, a backend developer is working on front end project a front end developer is working in UI development, UI developer is working on data entry and other stuff even when they have many people who fits for that role but those are on bench. The people working from start can only work here. They will tell 100 of things while joining but can not fulfill they as the reality is totally different. Pathetic work culture with no job security. Hire and fire policy. They have policy either extend probation period or fire you after 6 month employee won't be permanent.
